I shoot digitally. My photography love is analogue film.
That is not a slogan. It is how the work actually gets made. The Nikon D850 is there when speed, volume or a client brief needs certainty. The Mamiya RZ67 Pro and Hasselblad 503 are there when the frame should be slower, heavier and more deliberate.
Digital when the job needs it
The D850 is the working digital body. It is how commercial and many portrait sessions are covered cleanly. It does not replace film. It takes the pressure off film.
Film when the image deserves it
Medium format changes the pace of a sitting. The RZ67 Pro is a studio and location workhorse. The Hasselblad 503 is quieter and more compact, and it brings a different kind of attention to the subject.
Final prints can still come from the darkroom. That is part of the point: the file or the negative is only half the picture.
